What services can we provide?

• We carry out a detailed inspection of the property according to your specific instructions, following up with a written report together with recommendations and a quotation for the proposed remedial works.
• On acceptance of the quotation we will give you a start  date, usually within 2 weeks of instruction.
• Before any work is carried out, we will conduct a health and safety assessment.
• Once the work has been completed to your satisfaction, a 20 year guarantee is issued for the chemical treatment works that have been carried out. For an additional premium, an insured guaranteed can also be obtained from Guarantee Protection Insurance.
